Jackie Theriot returns to LaSuCa

Jackie Theriot is known around the world for his expertise in the sugarcane industry — especially when it comes to sugar mills. He was instrumental in bringing the LaSuCa Sugarcane Mill in St. Martinville into the 21st century. Recently, he returned to the mill to see some upgrades that have been made and catch up with old and new friends who work there to process Louisiana sugarcane.
