Sugarcane planting delayed by wet weather
Louisiana sugarcane farmers are racing to get their crop planted while simultaneously preparing for this year’s harvest, which is scheduled to begin in mid-September. LSU AgCenter correspondent Craig Gautreaux has this report from south Louisiana.
